Using DiSC, we will explore how our motivations and style determine how others view us and receive information and how we sell, handle conflicts, and motivate others. Understanding temperaments is the secret sauce to sales, team building, productive conflict, and personal relationships. Patrick Lee, master DiSC facilitator will take participants through a dynamic DiSC training session that is a good refresher for those who’ve worked with DiSC and is essential for those who’ve yet to learn about temperaments.
